The client, a global supplier of medical equipment and health products, was using an existing platform for quality assurance and inspections in their manufacturing facilities. While the platform met basic needs, it became costly with significant monthly expenses. Moreover, it lacked the necessary customization to fully support the client’s unique workflows and business requirements.
To overcome these challenges, the client sought a more cost-effective and adaptable solution that aligned with their operational needs. After discussing their pain points and desired improvements, the client approached us to develop a customized quality inspection software. The new software would streamline the quality assurance process, automate key workflows, reduce operational costs, and provide greater flexibility and scalability to support the client’s growing business.
